The newest U.S. pro Continental cycling team was unveiled in New York on Tuesday.
With an impressive roster, an entirely new business model and plenty of money...will the UPC be the team to beat in the upcoming season? We'll find out on Feb. 19th when they make their debut at the Tour of California.
