Some of you may have already seen this little gem, but for those of you who haven't, it's a classic.

Paul...tell the truth...is that you falling down? It looks a little like a GCC jersey!!!

I wish I was as skinny as that kid...but if it is a GCC jersey then it's definately not me...probably Scott, no wait, couldn't be Scott...he wouldn't be coming to the finish line in first.

...maybe Jayson, drunk.

I didn't see Jen mention any name but yours? Not sure why you feel the need to make everybody else feel bad. The one certain way we know it's not you is that this guy went on a solo break and had to pull his butt all the way to the line WITHOUT the cover of a bunch of people doing all the work, like Sunday. I've never seen such a fresh rider at the end of a 76 mile ride :-)

See you guys this weekend.

Scott

Now do you really feel bad Scott?...I didn't think so.

It's true, riding in the draft is more fun for me than riding solo...and I was just covering moves, nobody else reacted to Shannon's attack.

And as far as fresh, ask Jen how completely burnt I was Sunday afternoon (a lot of that also came from my marathon volleyball game the previous evening).

My sarcasim didn't translate well, I was NOT offended, my comments were all in fun. I think or hope all 5Count readers now most of us on this BLOG are pretty good friends and all jibes at someone's riding ability are just fun. The guys who post regularly on this blog all ride pretty fast, well except for Danny M. he was always a slacker :-) Hope your still reading the BLOG Danny.

Scott "Trying to write sarcastically"

Scott, your sarcasm translated just fine...I think Paul is just sensitive to the fact that he "sits in" during an entire ride and then goes for the sprint...

I'm not talking from first hand knowledge, as you know I don't ride, BUT...I listen well!

And in all fairness to Paul, he was burnt on Sunday!!!

Paul is a known slacker but I like him anyway. A+ for effort :)

Check out this quote from Boonen, taken from CyclingNews.com

After the finish of stage 9 in Dax, won by Oscar Freire, Tom Boonen reacted very cool after another chance had gone begging. Still, the World Champion showed some arrogance, as he was quoted as saying, "Put all the major sprinters in the Tour on one line, at 200 metres from the finish line; I'll win with an advantage of four bike lengths on the second sprinter."

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA funny stuff.

Hope to see you lads this weekend.
