Ahhh, training food!

You're getting ready to start the longest stage in this year's Tour de France. You've had all the carbs you can handle for one morning and you're just looking for that little boost to fuel your legs for the race. There is a plaza beside the starting line where locals are selling their wares. You quickly scan the different vendors and then all the sudden you spot that little "boost" you're looking for...OYSTERS !
